Much apologies mods! I hope this is okay? Unless I completely misread your request....

Third Person:

It'd taken a long while for Vanellope to finally accept that she wasn't going home to Sugar Rush any time soon and even then she was stubborn enough to ignore all the comments and wait at the dusty train station she arrived on, legs swinging as she sat down easy on a bench. But no trains come, no new passengers drop off and Vanellope has never been quite the patient sort. So she fiddled with the shining surface of the watch that had appeared in the pocket of her hoodie with her, pressed buttons and peered into the feed.

“Why’s this game’s train so weird? Does this happen to ya all the time???” Her mouth opened to jabber some more, paused as she was interrupted by the screech of tires on metal and glanced over, eyes wide in perfect shock. There was a pause, enough time for the new confused occupant to get up and stumble towards the doors of the train--

--and she was off. Her watch tumbled to the floor in a shudder of metal on stone as Vanellope’s short legs carried her toward the train.

“Wait--!” It was a stuttered gasp, breath white in the chill of the air. “Wait for me!”

But she was too late, hands scrambling at the sides as the train as it peeled away from the station with only a confused new arrival and Vanellope. Her shoulders slump, head ducking, but though she’s not patient, Vanellope is stubborn. So she took a deep breath, trudged over to where she had sat before and grabbed her watch from where it’d fallen. A smile bloomed on her face, almost too bright, as she polished dust from metal, “Oops.”

The feed shuts off before her failure caught up with her again.
