We as a team feel that your perception of this character is not in keeping with his canon, based on a number of factors that comprise the bulk of your application. We feel as though the way you approach certain aspects of his personality are drawn more from fandom and head-canon rather than what is evidenced in a canon setting. Such would include the assumption that he may be autistic; N's perception of social interactions as well as many of his mannerisms may be the direct influence of his upbringing and while we understand that this creates a grey area in understanding his character, we are of the opinion that there should be some more canon basis to back this up. The same applies to some of the mannerisms you described, such as his tendency to twist speech to his own interests; head-canon is fine, but there should be some solid canon back-up to it.
