Third Person: Bae stepped off the train, confused. The last thing he remembered was going through what looked like a green whirlpool to the new land without magic. It saddened him thinking about it, his father had broken their deal and he had called him a coward. And now, he was here. Wherever here was.
Looking around, he noticed the posters plastered all over the walls and was glad to notice this land had a name. Ruby City. Could this really be the land without magic he was promised? Bae wasn’t sure what to believe at the moment. He’d been promised things both by his father and the Blue Fairy. He had hoped his father would honour their deal but it was not to be, so he had to believe the Blue Fairy was also telling the truth. Exiting the station, he continued to look for an occupant of this land to help answer this many questions.
“Hello?” He called out. “Is there anyone else in this land?”
Bae continued to walk away from the station, hoping to find some human contact, all the while thinking about his last moments with his father and friends. Was this really all worth it? He was now alone and a little scared in a land he had no knowledge of and the reason he was here didn’t even exist. As well as leaving his father behind, he’d left Morraine, his only friend since his father had changed. He hadn’t been worried about being here when he knew he was coming with his Papa. But now? Well, he’d just have to see what happens.
