So I'm not quite sure I understand how the housing works. Do I just pick a place? Can it be a building that already has people in it or does it have to be an entirely empty building (or apartment, I guess)? It seems a lot of the buildings have single casts living together in them (Like the homestuck house) and it seems like I probably shouldn't just go "by the way homestucks you have an 80 year old wizard living with you." Is my room already furnished to my character's liking when he gets there?
