A note for CR AU applications
Ruby City does allow previous game history/CR to be brought over on a case by case basis. If you want to include this in your application please add additional sections for PERSONALITY DEVELOPMENT and PREVIOUS GAME HISTORY beneath the Personality and Background/History sections.
In these additional sections we would like to see a brief outline of your character's previous game history and how it potentially impacted on and altered their canon personality.

Concerning his emotions, Lithuania may be easy to read, but he keeps most of his emotions on the inside, not really openly admitting to a lot of the feelings he has. Normally it's plainly obvious how he feels, at least to more perceptive individuals, but he never out-rightly states how he feels and internalizes a lot of his worries and concerns, but only when it comes to himself. He'll continuously fret and fluster about something, enough to cause him great stress and probably an ulcer or two; he doesn't want pity or anyone to dote on him in times of need. More than anything, he wants to be independent. He's got it all under control. It all comes with being a country; he has a strong sense of independence and the ability to do things himself. Lithuania is a private person, unwilling to share the hardships he's faced, not even his best friend.
A bundle of nerves, Lithuania is always thinking about something. When living with Russia during WWII, he constantly worried over whether Poland was going to get invaded, whether Poland was ready for battle, whether Poland had any kind of defense. It's shown that he worries about his own safety, Poland's well-being, his brothers' (Estonia and Latvia) safety (though their relationship is a little lop-sided; Estonia and Latvia seem to hold him in higher regard than how he sees them, though he does have feelings of concern for them), and even how America is doing. He's nervous in general and is like a mom and housewife rolled into one, always concerned about the general state of those close to him, enough to take a lot of loads onto his own shoulders.
He likes to take care of those he cherishes too, unafraid of taking on more than his share of the work, though it's something he doesn't necessarily choose for himself sometimes, and he might complain about it a little along the way. He does find enjoyment and fulfillment in it, though, as seen with taking care of the laid back America after World War I. When forced to do things he doesn’t like or agree with, such as doing Russia’s bidding or being subjected to one too many of Poland’s whims, he doesn’t enjoy himself nearly as much. Lithuania is also kind of indebted to and knows a lot of countries, what with being moved around a lot and having to have a little assistance to stay afloat. Once, upon seeing Japan, he thanked him profusely and was very congenial towards him, all because Japan supported him a little during a tough time, though the gesture wasn't reciprocated. Though he likes to try to stay within the bounds of his close friends and brothers, he's a decent guy who likes those who help him and works well with them.
With all that concern and worry comes a bad spell or two. Though Lithuania is resilient, he's by no means optimistic. He knows that he’s still alive and now that he’s self reliant, it’ll all be okay in the end...maybe. His pessimism isn't true pessimism, just that he knows (based on his history), that bad stuff happens and he needs to be prepared for things. Lithuania's constantly got something heavy on his mind, and with people like Poland and Russia in his life, he's going to have a freak out occasionally. These range from annoyance to downright panicking, depending on how far he's pushed and the severity of the issue. He deals with a lot of stress, strain, and has had a hard time coping in the past, so he’s a little on edge, and one can’t really blame him. It's taken a toll on his body as well, and it's known that Lithuania has his fare share of stomach problems and "colds" (aka the economy isn't doing so hot). It's hard for him to be comfortable somewhere right off the bat. Since he was young, he's stayed close to only a select few people, namely Poland and his Baltic brothers, Estonia, Latvia, and Belarus (though that’s certainly debatable on her part). Though he's capable of getting close to others, he'd rather be with one of them than anywhere else and won't necessarily go out of his way to make friends, no matter how personable he seems. As a side note, it's important to know that Lithuania has only gotten really, legitimately angry once, arguably twice. It wasn't directly said to the aggressor in question, and he recovered quickly. His fuse is long and only a spark when it does finally light.

Though he is of an independent mindset, Lithuania is decently submissive and easily pushed around and taken advantage of, mostly because he's been forced to be a lackey for so many countries for so long. He may complain about doing a certain something or other that he has to take on, but in the end he’ll get the job done and do it well. No matter what task is set before him, Lithuania will do it until it's done at 100% capacity, even though he might complain about it, depending on who's telling him to do it and/or the task. He's extremely good at menial chores, like housework and food preparation, and enjoys doing things for others when they deserve it. In the past, he’s lived with and/or worked for many people who have given him chores and loads of work to do, and he gets it done with an eventual “It can’t be helped” prerogative, even if they might be outlandish, degrading, or monotonous. Lithuania will bend over backwards and makes a wonderful grunt, though he doesn’t ever really want to be one, and he’ll take on any task given to him with only a moderate complaint or two. No matter the ordeal going on or the state he was in, he would always be able to get through it with a level head. Sure, he gets frustrated but he's a very patient person and it shows. When his patience does run out, he has a bit of a temper, but Lithuania showing anything more than mild irritation is rare. When he did happen to have an outburst (and, again, it's only happened once), Lithuania didn't even have the heart to face the person he was upset at to his face and the whole ordeal was arguably a dream sequence anyway.
As I mentioned before, Lithuania's lived with people who required some taking care of. He's a caring guy who likes to provide for those he considers his good friends, worrying over them and acting as a support for them in their times of need. With Poland, he was always there for him during the Commonwealth, worried about him during the first partitioning, and called him during World War II. Lithuania put up with whatever nonsense he would come up with, sometimes begrudgingly. Even though there were times he came to hate him, like after being belittled and over-worked during the Commonwealth, he always came back around; never holding a grudge for long. With the Baltic countries, he always took the brunt of the pain Russia dealt out and supported them, helping them in whatever way he could to make their life with Russia better. When he lived with America, he would do menial tasks for him, offer to help him in any way he could, he even slept in his bed when he asked him to. A lot of Lithuania's life has been spent taking care of others and making sure that they're okay. It's just in his nature.
Lithuania, over the years, has been thrown into many situations; a lot of which are awful, abhorrent, and downright hellish. After time, though, he's adjusted to whatever the situation is and taken it head on. Between moving from Poland to Russia to America and his fluctuating independence, he's kept a level head and grown to accept, and even sustain a certain level of comfortably, anywhere he ends up, though it differs from place to place and person to person and of course takes a while to develop. Lithuania's also by no means stupid. He knows how to correct a problem proficiently, even if he has to go at it a few different ways. He's shown to be well versed in battle tactics and strategy, is known for having an extremely intimidating aura when in battle mode or pissed off, and serious about things to almost a fault. He's certainly resourceful, and Lithuania knows how to use what's given to him quite well. He looks at most things calmly and gets them done, normally achieving the best outcome. If he doesn't get it, he'll go back, rethink it, and do it again until he gets it right. He is also interested in literature and is a well read person.
Lithuania, however, is a dense individual when people are involved. Lithuania isn't the most witty of people, as he's rather simple and applies his smarts to practical things, rather than being sarcastic and snide; he's rather open and blunt. To be frank, he’s not all that street smart and more so versed in the realm of reason and not interpersonal skills. Like with Poland, he could never quite figure out where he stood with that guy, though it took a really intelligent and intuitive person to ever really understand him anyway. With Belarus, she breaks his bones and treats him like dirt, and shrugs it off or thinks very little of it, still as in love with her as ever. His situation with America can be considered along the same lines, as America gave him dull chores and treated him like a grunt but still respected him, which Lithuania enjoyed. Inter-personally, he's not the sharpest tool in the shed and probably won't read in too much on how well one thinks of him. He’s also been known to not have too good a grasp on what he says which can sometimes turn around and bite him in the rear. Also, it's shown that he can seem a little flighty, and he can be a bit of a day dreamer, becoming a little over-comfortable. He's even fallen asleep on Russia and America (literally and figuratively, respectively) when thinking back and recalling his past, acting as a relaxant.
Now-a-days, Lithuania can handle himself pretty well, except around Russia. Russia has always been a source of terror to him, be it present day or in the past. It's implied that Russia is the main source of his emotional and physical torment; a main catalyst in his nerves and stomach problems, not to mention the various scars on his back. Most people are at least a little afraid of Russia, but Poland is an exception. Any time Russia's tried to harass Lithuania, Poland's been there to ward him off, though it hasn't always proved to work. Even though Russia terrifies him to a certain extent, he’s been his grunt and lackey for long periods of time in the past, so they are on extremely familiar terms. It's unclear in canon their true relationship, as Lithuania is extremely afraid of Russia, but Russia will call him his "ex". While Lithuania can get afraid and shake and have nervous fits, Russia's the only real thing to send him over the edge anymore.

Good afternoon, everyone. I have a question for everyone since I still don't completely know all the ropes, sorry.
I think I've gotten quite a few things done, like getting a place to live and stocking up on necessities. Clothes will come later, I guess.
I'm actually wondering if this town has a newspaper? I haven't heard about one so far, but I need to look at its classifieds. I know money isn't an object here, which is confusing enough, but not having a job just seems strange. Anyone who has any positions open or a listing, please contact me? I'll be extremely grateful, thank you.
Third Person: Something was simmering on the stove. His newly acquired house was quiet, but the dullness brought to it its own sense of life, he thought. As the Lithuanian sat at his new dining room table, however modest and rustic it was, and sighed contentedly. It wasn't home; it was nowhere near it.
He mused over a cup of tea, staring into its contents. He felt a little lonely; who wouldn't after spending so many years bouncing from person to person just to live, just to attempt to thrive? Well, if one could call all that thriving. There were so many bright sides to being alone and not bothered, but it was strange to Lithuania to not have to worry about taking care of someone. He didn't have to call anyone, he couldn't if he tried. He was worried, of course. No amount of reassurance would fully calm him. What was going to happen with him gone? He didn't want to think about it, but it couldn't be helped.
Lithuania pushed his chair out, stood to move to the stove to stir the pan on it. It bubbled and hissed as he stirred the saucy mixture inside; the side to the night’s meager dinner of a small ham he had found by chance at the supply store. As he stirred it, he fell into a trance, remembering so much of his life. The commonwealth, the occupations, the soviet. A frown came to his face as he recalled the countless chores and favours he had to perform for masters and partners and bosses. Did he prefer this to that?
He didn't. Lithuania had loved his past in places. Some of it was awful, he would admit. He wouldn't be the same person without it all though. He wouldn't have met his best friends, his worst enemies, his everyday annoyances. A thick smell woke him from his haze; the gravy becoming slightly charred on its bottom layer. He'd forgotten to stir about half way into his reveries of snow covered houses and golden fields, almost nodding off at the stove. That would have been a disaster. He sighed and turned the burner off. Figures that luck wouldn't serve him well.
But at this point, after the train and the new city, there wasn't much he could do about any of it.
